Using DateCraft

DateCraft suggests date plans based on what you tell us about you and the people you date. You must be 18 or older to hold an account. Venue details, hours, and prices come from third-party sources and can be wrong - always confirm before you go.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the accuracy of the notes you store about other people. Do not use DateCraft to store sensitive information about anyone without their knowledge.

Plus subscriptions and billing

Plus is a recurring monthly subscription charged in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay and may change with notice for future billing periods.

You can cancel at any time from Settings or the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep Plus until then. Partial months are not refunded except where required by law. If a payment fails, we will tell you and give you a chance to update your card before Plus access ends.

When an account returns to Free, nothing is deleted: extra connections are archived and recurring date nights are paused. Upgrading restores them.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, automate, or resell the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, or use DateCraft for anything unlawful or harassing.

Liability

DateCraft is provided as-is. We are not responsible for what happens on your dates, for third-party venues, or for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
